By opting in to receive SMS messages from AmeriVet via Provetcloud ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following:

i. Program Description

a. You consent to receive SMS text messages from AmeriVet related to appointment reminders, confirmations, prescription notices, pet care instructions, billing updates, marketing promotions, and two-way communication via Provetcloud.

ii. Message Frequency

a. Frequency will vary based on your pet’s healthcare needs. In general, you may receive up to 4–8 messages per month, including reminders and health updates.

iii. Message & Data Rates

a. Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan.

iv. Opt‑In & Consent

a. By providing your phone number and agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the number and at least 18 years old. You also confirm that AmeriVet has your prior express written consent to receive these messages, consistent with TCPA guidelines.

v. Opt‑Out Instructions

a. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at [phone/email/contact info].

vi. Privacy & Data Handling
