Read MoreMy animals have been treated by both doctors Krystal Bunch and Amber Nealy. Dr. Bunch saved the life of my rabbit Harley (farm animal) that I, one day, found paralyzed (hind legs) and laying on his side almost lifeless. She gave him a shot and told me to bring him back if not better. After that steroid(?) injection and with proper home care, he regained his strength and "hopped" back to his NORMAL self-- his hind legs were functional again! Thank you so much, Dr. Bunch! Dr. Nearly, on the other hand, has been dealing with my dogs. She has always been great-- recently, she even trimmed Nugget's nails free of charge! Thank you very much, Dr. Nealy! So far, everyone in the clinic we have interacted with (except for 1) is wonderful! I would have given 5 stars if not for that one tech who was grumpy (quite rude, really) and was quite rough with the way she handled Nugget as she was putting the very tight muzzle on him when she clearly knew that the problem was his swollen (painful) mouth. Of course, he would growl and try to nip! When Tracy came back with Dr. Nearly after giving Nugget the shot(s), her demeanor suddenly changed-- she was all smiley and (trying to be) extra nice. Maybe she saw how pleasant Dr. Nealy was and perhaps she was trying to match her positive energy(?). She may be having a very bad day that early, but she should know better not to have whatever it is affect her job (especially when interacting with patients/pets/animals and their owners). Otherwise, everything is terrific! Price has always been reasonable and overall treatment, both personally and medically, has always been fantastic! Thank you, everyone! I truly appreciate y'all!
